LMS Duct Manufacturing Auto Line VI

Duct line LMS-VI is our latest coil line. With U type structure, it cover less space and reduce time of plate passing which achieves the productivity of twenty-five seconds per piece.

Just enter the sizes of the ducts you need to process, this full-auto line will complete the following process: Straightening, Beading, Notching, Slitting, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, Angle-iron flange forming and Auto folding.

It can produce two types of ducts: “L” shape or “口” shape. This line features high automation, high efficiency, low labor cost and less materials usage.

1. According to the requirements of our customers, new U shape structure can not only save the production space, but also reduce the working time on conveyor.

2. 800mm plate material can be finished within 20-23 seconds. Daily output up to 2000-3000 ㎡ per day.

3. Servo mechanical feeder on beding is high precision, especially in procession“L” duct.

4. High efficiency, small occupied area, low energy consumption, independent PLC control.
