LMS Duct Manufacturing Auto Line III

The electrical control system uses a computer with a closed-loop servo-system to inctrase the precision and reliability of the line.

Work Flow:

Basic configuration of duct making line III:

1. One sets of single-motor driven dual-decoilers (Maximum capacity of 6-ton per station)

2. Straightener unit with Beader

3. Punch tie rod hole for duct bracing (Optional)

4. Four hydraulic notching die

5. Hydraulic shearing and folding unit

Product introduction

1.With cut-to-length system, this coil line can match with Plasma cutting machine perfectly.

2.Plate notching for making “C Cleat” or “S Cleat” connection, this coil line will match the corresponding lock formers

3.Plate notching for making TDF flange connection, this coil line will match the TDF flange former and TDF folding machine

4.Plate notching for making Angle-iron Flange connection, this coil line will match the corresponding lock formers

5.Plate notching for making TDC Flange connection, this coil line will match the corresponding lock formers and TDC flange former to produce a whole duct.
